By using this platform, you represent and guarantee that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Registration and Validation

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including details required for astrological compatibility.
• Validation: To ensure user safety and comply with payment gateway regulations, all accounts must be verified using a registered email address and mobile contact number.
• Payment Validation: When purchasing a package, your payment details will be matched against your verified account credentials to ensure accurate customer identification and prevent fraud.

3. Services Provided

Chiranjeewani PVT Ltd provides an online platform connecting individuals seeking life partners, using astrological compatibility guidance as a core part of the matchmaking process. We act strictly as a facilitator for matchmaking and do not guarantee marriage or the accuracy of information provided by other users.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
• By completing a payment, you agree to our pricing and billing terms.
• Refunds and Cancellations: All subscription fees are governed strictly by our Refund and Cancellation Policy (e.g., non-refundable within the first 6 months, full refund eligible if no match is found after 6 months). Please refer to the full Refund Policy page for exact details.

5. User Conduct

By using this platform, you agree NOT to:

• Create a fake profile or impersonate any person or entity.
• Post or transmit any abusive, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content.
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose or to solicit financial help from other members.
• Share your account login details with third parties.

6. Dispute Resolution

We offer 24/7 customer support. Any disputes regarding payments, services, or user interactions must be reported to our customer care team. All disputes are reviewed and resolved within 5–7 working days of being reported.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of termination due to policy violations, no refunds will be issued.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
