To ensure transparency and trust, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy. By registering and purchasing a package on our platform (www.chiranjeewani.lk), you agree to these terms.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation terms are outlined below based on the status of your account:

  • Prior to Account Activation: If you cancel your subscription or service purchase before your account and profile have been activated on our platform, you are entitled to a full cancellation. The total amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 working days.
  • After Account Activation: You may choose to cancel or deactivate your profile at any time to prevent your profile from being visible to others. However, cancellations made after the account has been activated are subject to our Refund Policy below.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of matchmaking and astrological services, which require significant administrative and technical resources from the moment of activation, our refund terms are strictly enforced:

  • Initial 6-Month Period: All service fees and subscription charges are strictly non-refundable within the first six (6) months of your subscription or account activation.
  • The 6-Month Match Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our services. If you actively use our matrimonial service and it does not result in a successful match within six (6) months from the date of your initial registration and payment, you are eligible to request a full refund of the service fee paid.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria under our 6-Month Match Guarantee, please follow these steps to request your refund:

  1. Submit a Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing. You can do this by emailing our support team at info@chiranjeewani.lk or by opening a ticket through our online customer support portal.
  2. Required Information: Your request must include:
    • Your full name and registered email address.
    • Your Chiranjeewani Profile ID.
    • Proof of payment (e.g., payment receipt, transaction ID).
    • Bank account details for the transfer refund.

4. Dispute Resolution and Processing Time

Our platform provides 24/7 customer care support to handle any disputes or payment-related concerns.

  • Once a refund request or payment dispute is submitted, our team will review the account activity to verify eligibility.
  • All disputes and refund requests are reviewed and resolved within 5 to 7 working days of being reported.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (or via bank transfer) in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

5. Policy Modifications

Chiranjeewani PVT Ltd reserves the right to amend, alter, or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Registered users will be provided with prior notice of any significant changes via their registered email address or through an announcement on our website. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
